Refund and Shipping Policy

Delivery Local delivery is available across Iraq. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Payment We accept cash on delivery for all local orders. Returns All cards are custom-made. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 3 days of delivery. Refunds Refunds will be issued within 15 days if your return is approved. The refund will be made via the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
